Crazy hair day

The boys had a crazy hair day at school. They weren't to sure about participating in this event. They were good sports about it. However, their hair didn't come out as wild as I would have love to have done it.

Car wash

Well, I went to get gas and the kids begged me to go through the car wash. So, in we went. The unbelievable happened... The car was turned off with us inside of it. It totaaly stopped. I rolled down the window and took a picture. I had to use my cell phone to call information to get the phone number of the gas station. It was really funny. They answered their phone and I said "hi, I am calling from inside your car wash, and I am stuck". Thankfully, they were able to reset it or something. We survivied !

Chuckie Cheese

Well one of our favorite places to go to is Chuckie Cheese. This day I went with the kids by myself, because Erin was working hard for us..... well, I had my eyes on all the kids and then all of a sudden I was unable to find Slater. I searched everywhere for him. I was beginning to panic. Well, thankfully I found him... in the basketball machine. We had a great time.... until Chuckie came out. For some reason he is absolutely terrified of Chuckie. He does great with all other characters at Disneyland... but when Chuckie comes out he trembles. Thankfully, Caden was ther to console him. Caden is such a good brother.

Baby Jack

Playdate with our favorite friends

It is always very special when we get to see our bestest friends. The boys love Jack. Timeri and Lily are much like their mothers. WE LOVE EACHOTHER !! The kids have grown up with eachother. Lily and Timeri have been best friends since birth. This day we met at Lake Harveston Park for a lil' playdate. Jillian and Jihn actually came up to Temecula to look for a new house. I keep my fingers crossed that they will move back to the area. I love watching the kids play with eachother. They are all like brothers and sisters. They play great together and actually I think Caden and DAvin seem to teach Jack some bad habits...hahaha. I absolutely love spending time with Jillian. It is always a special day when I see her.

Wahoo's

 

Our family's absolute favorite place to eat is WAHOO'S. We are such regulars here that we have a few pictures of our family on the wall and they all know us by name. FYI...Erin and I love it so much, they actually catered our wedding.
Yummie !!! Erin was so good to me when I was pregnant with Davin. This is what I craved, he would ritually take me to
the Wahoo's in Costa Mesa. Erin has been going to Wahoo's since the very first one opened. Personally, I am a fan of the carne asada. Erin, Caden and Davin like the fish. Timeri and Slater are still enjoying the rice and beans. Good, good food !!!

Sea World

On another adventure to Sea World. For some reason, Timeri didn't get in any pictures. She was with us. The kids love going to Sea World. A few of their favorite things to do is feed the bat rays and hold the star fish. Tehy are also pretty impressed with the Shamu show. Caden was persistent on sitting in the front row. We told him he could but we would definatley be out of the splash zone. The pet show was another one of their favorites. If only Chanel could do tricks like these dogs. It was a cute show.

Bath time

We came home form the snow and they all wanted to take a bath together. I am sure glad that our kids love one another as much as they do.

Arrowhead

Our original plans were to take the kids to Arrowhead to go iceskating. There was an iceskating rink up there at one time. We drove right up to it and it wasn't there. It has been converted into a real estate office. So we made the best of it and played in the snow and then took them up to the toy store to pick something out. The kids had fun.

Slater

Slater is the funniest character we have. He is always doing something that cracks me up. Today, he managed to slide himself into Timeris' dolls high chair. He wanted to eat in it. I had to go to the garage and get some tools to take the high chair apart to get him out of it. He is one funny kids.

My babies

Well they are at it again. I got the bassinet out of storage to give to Victoria for her new little arrival. Timeri and Slater thought it was great ! They wanted to be babies again. The funniest was when Slater crawled into the bottom, as if it was a bunk bed. They both cried like babies too ! They are hysterical. Slater wanted to get in the top one more time, as if he was the baby. I am sad to see how big my little baby is. How fast time truly flies by. It seems like it was just a few months ago that we brought him home.

Slater's black eye

The story about Slater and his black eyes. First, we were at a birthday party and they were doing the pinata. Caden was swinging away at the pinata, he broke it open and Slater ran to the pinata... and of course the back swing of the bat got Slater right in the eye. The candy was like a magnet to him. It all happend so fast. I felt horrible, so did Caden. He survived. Then, once the eye was actually healing... Caden tossed a toy at Slater and it hit him in the other eye. Lesson of the story, hold on tight to children when doing a pinata.

Christmas

CHRISTMAS !!! Our favorite time of the year. Thh kids were so excited ! Erin, got an early relief and was able to make it home in time before the kids woke up. My dad had spent the night at our house the night before.

After, our lil' family finished the complete caios of opening presents... then the rest of my family came to visit for Christmas. It was a little uncomfortable. This was the first Christmas without our mom. This was my mom's favorite time of year. We celebrated Christmas the way my mom always did... by getting a birthday cake and singing "Happy Birthday" to baby Jesus. Jesus is the reason for the season. We I definatley felt a void. It was actually is the 1 year anniversary of her passing... her celebration into heaven. I love you mom, and miss you so much. I look forward to seeing you again in heaven. Christmas at Alicia's

For Christmas Eve, Erin was working, and we went to Orange County. First we stopped at Grammie Ginger's to visit with Caitlin and Colin. The kids absolutely love Caitlin. Whenever, she is visiting we try to make a trip to see her. After visiting, we went to Alicia's for the annaul Christmas Eve present extravaganza. The kids were very inquisitive of who Santa was. It was pretty funny when Caden and Davin noticed Santas thumb... it looked a lot like Doug's...hahaha. Slater was really funny when Santa went into the back room to change. Slater was trying to peek under the door. Caden and Davin were really excited to open their big present from Grammie and Papa...a Wii ! Chloe on the other hand was rather upset. The kids had a great time and have so much to be thankful for. The night ended and the kids and I we were off, on our way to church. I can only pray that somehow going to church on Christmas Eve will become easier. I want our kids to know and believe that Christmas is about our Savior's birth. What an awesome celebration it is !

Halloween

Here are the kids for Halloween. My friend, Grammie Ginger made the costumes for the kids. They look absolutely adorable ! I think this will be the last year the kids will dress in a theme. Caden and Davin weren't very fond of it. I love my lil' Wizard of Oz characters !!
