Well, the season has ended. We are so proud of Caden and Davin. They did so well. Caden has turned into quite the soccer player. He is a great goalie, but after playing on the field and feeling the accomplishment of scoring a goal, he never wanted to go play goalie again. He is definatley one of the fastest players on the field. In the beginning of the season Erin and I told him we would pay him ten dollars for every goal. Money motivates this child. Every time he scored a goal he would yell from the field over to us, "Thats 10 bucks!" One game he scored 3 goals, his first hat trick, and he yelled "That's 30 bucks!" I think some of the parents thought we were crazy. We since have changed the amount to one dollar a goal. I am thankful Davin decided to start playing soccer again. After so many experiences of him having bad coaches, he has found a new love for the game. He is really aggressive and came so close to scoring goals this year. Hopefully, in the fall he will have another good experience of a good or at least fun coach.
